Do I have to use my credit card?
You can use your credit card or PayPal account to pay us.
Is this safe for my credit card?
We (Punascha) do not take or store your credit card for payment. Our payment is processed through PayPal, an industry leading payment gateway. Once you checkout and are ready to pay, you will be redirected to PayPal where you will enter your credit card information for payment. Your credit card will be processed by PayPal.
How will Punascha know that I have paid?
Please enter your name and email id correctly during the checkout process. We will use this to identify you at front desk during the event. Once you complete the order, you will receive an email from Punascha. Please show this email (printed copy or from your phone/tablet/mobile device) to the front desk person at the event venue. If you don’t get an email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I still pay at the venue on the day of the event?
Yes you can. However we will not be able to provide the discounted online price to you. You will have to pay the full price.
How will I get the physical lunch/dinner tickets?
Please enter your name and email id correctly during the checkout process. Once you complete the order, you will receive an email from Punascha. Please show this email (printed copy or from your phone/tablet/mobile device) to the front desk person at the venue on the day of the event to get your meal coupons . If you don’t get an email, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I get a refund, if I want to cancel?
We are not processing refunds online. You will have to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. Please mention refund on your subject line. Based on when the refund request is made, there could be a deduction of 2.75% processing charge by PayPal.

Who can request Punascha to forward email to members?
Only a Punascha member can request for forwarding email or sharing any electronic content.
What type of email can be forwarded to members?
Punascha will forward email or share any electronic content with its members if one or more of the following is true.
The content is for general notifications/communications that benefit the community
The content does not contain solicitation of products or services (including the solicitation coming from a not-for-profit organization)
The content is about events of other Indian not-for-profit organizations in greater St Louis
The content is about free events organized by member(s) of Punascha

Can I use Punascha cooking utensils for a private event?
Punascha member can rent Punascha's cooking utensils for private event at a nominal rate of $35. The member is responsible for proper use of the utensil and returning the utensil in the same state as received. The member has to inform Punascha e-committee through email. A member of the executive committee will hand over the cooking utensil from the storage and also receive the same after the event.
I am directing a cultural program for Punascha event. Does Punascha pay for the cost of stage decoration and costume?
Punascha will reimburse upto $50 per program towards cost incurred for stage decoration only. This is only for programs in events organized by Punascha. Invoices have to be submitted for reimbursement. The program director has to give an estimate to the Punascha e-committee before the event.
